Tapestry is a female voice choir based in Charvil, Berkshire. We sing a wide range of classical music written for female voices, from Renaissance motets to 20th Century masterpieces, as well as spirituals, jazz and popular music.

Our next concert is on Saturday 21st October at Douai Abbey - a concert celebrating European sacred music for upper voices from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. See here for more details.

Call for new singers!

Tapestry currently have vacancies for both sopranos and altos. If you are a reasonably confident performer, can read music and are interested in joining us, we would love to hear from you. We rehearse on Tuesday mornings in Charvil between 10.30am and 12.30pm during term time and are led by musical director Sarah Latto, a young conductor based in Reading and London, who focuses in rehearsals on a close blend between singers, while letting each member of the choir sing with a full-bodied and unique sound.
